"Not Your Average Photographer"

Dogs Are Our Passion

It's normal to love your dog so much that you treat them like a member of the family. Your dog IS family.

Your pet deserves a photographer comfortable with every temperament, energy level, and walk of life. I compete in dog sports with my own dogs, as well as photograph dog events such as Agility, Flyball, Conformation, and Obedience. Extensive dog behaviour and training knowledge helps me make your pup's experience a fun and comfortable one. Getting your pet's picture taken is supposed to be enjoyable! Each photo session is tailored to your dog's personality to make every picture unique and one of a kind (just like your dog).

"We don’t read and write poetry because it’s cute. We read and write poetry because we are members of the human race. And the human race is filled with passion. And medicine, law, business, engineering, these are noble pursuits and necessary to sustain life. But poetry, beauty, romance, love, these are what we stay alive for."

Why A Pet Photographer?

Your dogs are your life. They play an important role, being our cuddle buddies, exercise coaches, our partners in crime. They are not only our furry dependents, they are our confidants, our best friends.

They deserve the best and you can help provide them with exactly that.

You want to hire a dedicated professional, committed to getting the right photograph of your pet. Each of our pets is different, with unique quirks, likes, and dislikes. Hiring a photographer comfortable working with all types of pets and doing exactly what you need to do to get THE photo. So if you see me rolling around in the mud capturing that perfect shot, don't worry, I know what I'm doing!

Pictures are so Important

We don't like to talk about it, but our pets grow up so fast. "Puppy years" pass by so quickly and soon there is a gangly adolescent in their place. It seems that within a blink, your puppy is now a sweet elderly dog that loves to curl up on the sofa while you watch reruns of your favourite T.V. show.

Don't wait. Life is a beautiful gift, all the more beautiful because it's fleeting. Your pet is an important part of your family and deserves to be memorialize, as every moment with them is unforgettable.

My Dog Won't Sit Still

I'll let you in on a little secret: 90% of the dogs I photograph are on leash! Not all dogs can be trusted to run free and come when called. That's okay! Sometimes they only sit still for a nanosecond and that's all I need. If you have concerns with how well your dog will behave, don't worry. We'll plan the perfect session for your pet with their personality and safety in mind.
